I can't deploy Robot Monitoring Suite on the system CF

It is possible that the deployment process is interrupted. There may be the following reasons:

There is not enough space (~8MB) on the C:\ drive of the system CF. This may happen in old AX robots with 256MB CF cards.
The CF card is not a valid NACHI or DAIHEN system CF card.
