I get an error when I am deploying Robot Monitoring Suite

When you want to deploy Robot Monitoring Suite on a System CF card, you might get an error. This may have the following possible reasons:

  • If you are using Windows 7. This may happen if you are running Robot Monitoring Suite PC application in normal mode. Running it as administrator will fix the problem. Another option is to set user account control to "low" level.

Here is how to make the desktop shortcut run as administrator:

  1. Right click the Robot Monitor Client shortcut icon on the Desktop

  2. Go to the properties, and then switch to “Shortcut” tab, and there you will find a button labeled “Advanced.” Click on it
